TPAN is a non-profit organization with the mission of saving lives and empowering people affected by HIV and related challenges to health and wellbeing. For the past 30+ years, TPAN has grown from our founding as a volunteer-driven, peer-led and grassroots initiative launched during the height of the AIDS epidemic to become one of Chicago’s leading providers of healthcare and supportive services for individuals living with HIV and Chicagoans most at risk. TPAN serves over 2,000 clients annually.
