I have lived in Edgewater for 20+ years and am passionate about providing mental health therapy to the community. As a resident and parent who raised my now adult sons in this neighborhood, I am committed to contributing to a healthy environment for all. I provide daytime and evening 60-minute virtual therapy sessions. 

I enjoy working with emerging adults, adults, and seniors on navigating the uncertainty of life transitions. Common issues I work with clients on are establishing life’s goals and identity, cultivating harmony in interpersonal relationships, coping with challenging mental and physical health issues, and processing loss, grief, and trauma. I enjoy working with individuals who have been diagnosed with ADHD to foster increased functioning and fulfillment. 

I work with my clients on addressing symptoms of anxiety and depression as holistically as possible by incorporating various therapeutic modalities along with talk therapy. I teach deep breathing exercises, emotional freedom techniques ("tapping"), and encourage the development of a positive mindset and an attitude of gratitude. I provide resources to learn these techniques and practice them in between sessions if you are interested. I tailor my sessions to the unique needs and interests of each client.
