DIFFA Chicago champions the fight to end HIV/AIDS through awareness, prevention, and the pursuit of a cure.

DIFFA Chicago (The Design Industries Foundation Fighting AIDS Chicago) is a not-for-profit fundraising and grant making foundation that distributes funds to Chicago area HIV/AIDS service agencies that provide direct service, preventative education and outreach to people who are HIV positive, living with AIDS or at risk for infection. Founded in 1989, DIFFA Chicago has granted more than $5 million through our Excellence In Care Awards to those agencies that demonstrate extraordinary effectiveness in achieving their chosen missions in the HIV/AIDS arena.

DIFFA/Chicago annually hosts three major fundraisers- including Art For Life Chicago, Lip Sync for Life and an annual Gala the Saturday before NeoCon at the Merchandise Mart.
