Learn and practice techniques to reduce stress, performance anxiety and insomnia with a licensed clinical mental health counselor. This free workshop will include a discussion of stress management and guided group exercises to practice mindfulness and meditation techniques.

This program is a partnership with Edgewater Village Chicago and the Edgewater Library.
